How to Rotate or Flip an Image

Common Uses

Stacking Transforms

Each operation applies on top of the previous result. For example, rotating clockwise twice gives you a 180° rotation. Flip horizontal followed by flip vertical is the same as a 180° rotation. Click operations in any order to get your desired result.

Can I rotate by a custom angle?
This tool supports 90° increments and flips. For arbitrary angle rotation, you would need a more advanced editor.
Does rotation reduce image quality?
No. The rotation is performed at full resolution using the Canvas API, so pixel quality is preserved exactly.
Can I undo a transformation?
There is no undo button, but you can reverse any operation. For example, rotating CW then CCW returns to the original. Or reload the image to start fresh.
What output format is used?
The downloaded image is saved as a PNG file to preserve quality.
